William Russell Carmichael

William Russell Carmichael joined the Navy in 1940 when he was 18 years old.  He served aboard the USS Chaumont prior to serving aboard the USS Marblehead.  He was a Radioman 3rd class.  Mr. Carmichael passed away in 1978.
